Doo-wee-ooooo!

Beware, Whovians: if you were not planning on knowing what the Twelfth Doctor’s outfit looks like until the beginning of season 8, I would advise that you don’t read this article. Okay? Okay.

Here it is!

The-Twelfth-Doctor

At first, I didn’t know what to think of it. I guess the first thing that struck me is that this outfit is particularly dark. If you don’t count the Ninth (and the first two doctors, whom I am not so familiar with), I am used to the Doctor being way more colourful and/or eccentric than this in his clothing. I mean, my favourite Doctor is Tenth. Tenth is all colourful suits and red or sand (sorry David Tennant, it IS the name of that colour) Converse. Thus, seeing barely any colour in the Doctor’s outfit kind of weirds me out.

I love that coat though. Yay for classy coats.

After a second look, I guess that « classy » is a good word to describe this outfit. It’s a bit too sober for my taste but it’s elegant and… damn, I can’t stop looking at that coat.

Also, nice Docs, Doc.

… Sorry, I had to make that joke.

My only problem in the end, comes from the pants. But I want to think that they just look weird because of the position he’s in, not because they ARE weird.

In any case, Peter Capaldi definitely has that silver fox thing going on. Can’t wait to see him in action!

Man, I wanna make love to that coat.

Some say she’s French. Some say she’s a voodoo witch. What is certain is that Anais left her awkward print on all things artsy at one point or another in her life, performing as a singer and a pianist, exhibiting photographs and paintings, and leaving an embarrassing amount of visual proofs of those events on the internet. Anais’ dream is to be an animation writer. She thinks everything should be animated and she is more than half convinced that she is herself a cartoon character. She hopes that one day, Pendleton Ward or Jennifer Lee will read her screenplays and say they’re neat.
